Route 2 Migrate (RMohaimen Immigration Services) is a Canadian immigration consultancy led by RCIC Riffat H. Mohaimen, advising clients on Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs, family sponsorship, business immigration, study permits and permanent residency.

The Communication Expert - Lead Outreach is a full-time, on-site role at the Dhaka office (Saturday to Thursday). The role calls and follows up inbound leads generated by the firm's paid campaigns, qualifies their immigration or study-abroad interest, logs every outcome in the CRM and hands converted leads to the consultation and case-processing teams. It also supports outreach communications, written materials and consistent messaging. Probation period is 3 months.

দায়িত্ব

• Call and follow up with inbound leads generated from Route 2 Migrate's paid ad campaigns (Facebook, Google, etc.)
• Qualify leads by understanding their immigration/study-abroad interest and matching them to the right service line
• Maintain a structured, timely follow-up cadence to maximize lead-to-consultation conversion
• Log every call outcome, lead status and follow-up note in the CRM system
• Coordinate with the consultation and case-processing teams for smooth handover of converted leads
• Meet assigned daily/weekly call volume and conversion targets
• Report regularly on call outcomes, conversion rates and campaign-wise lead quality

যোগ্যতা

• At least a bachelor degree in any discipline
• At least 1 year of experience in a call center, telemarketing or customer care center (mandatory)
• Proven track record in outbound/inbound calling and converting marketing-generated leads
• Excellent spoken communication in Bengali and English
• Hands-on experience with CRM software for lead tracking and follow-up
• Target-driven and comfortable with daily call and conversion quotas
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working on-site in Dhaka
• Prior experience in an immigration, education consultancy or similar lead-driven sales environment is a strong plus
