দায়িত্ব

• We are looking for confident, energetic, and target-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing team.
• Handle and follow up with potential customers and leads.
• Communicate with prospective clients and understand their requirements.
• Present company projects, apartment features, payment plans, and offers professionally.
• Arrange customer meetings and project/site visits.
• Maintain regular follow-ups through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Convert qualified leads into successful bookings and sales.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
• Provide professional customer service throughout the sales process.

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor/Honors
• North South University,BRAC University,American International University Bangladesh,United International University,Independent University, Bangladesh students will get preference
• Bachelor/Honors
• Preferred University: NSU, UIU, AIUB, IUB, BRAC, SEU, East West.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree from any recognized institution.
• 1 to 3 years
• Age 23 to 35 years
• 1 to 3 years
• Freshers, highly motivated are encouraged to apply
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer, Real Estate Startup
• 1-3 year of sales experience preferred.
• Candidates with experience in sales, tele sales, retail sales, corporate sales, FMCG, banking, or other customer-facing sales roles are encouraged to apply.
• Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills will be preferred.
• Candidates with proven sales experience from other industries are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation ability.

• Good customer relationship management skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to handle customer objections and close sales.
• Good command of Bangla; English communication skills will be an advantage.
