VERITAS Engineering ( VE) is hiring a Executive / Senior Executive – Business Development & Marketing (Industrial & Educational Sector) (Dhaka). Number of vacancies: 8. See the responsibilities and requirements below for what the employer is looking for.

দায়িত্ব

• Industrial & RMG Sector Marketing:
• Identify and target RMG factories, textile mills, and commercial industrial units for structural safety assessments, retrofitting, and technical services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Factory Owners, Managing Directors, GM/Maintenance Heads, and Compliance Managers.
• Substation, Lift and Solar system marketing to the Factory owners.
• University & Academic Sector Marketing:
• Promote and sell VERITAS professional engineering training programs, workshops, and certified courses to engineering universities, polytechnic institutes, faculty heads, and student bodies.
• Liaise with university faculties and lab administrators to pitch and supply civil/electrical laboratory testing equipment and software solutions.
• Client Acquisition & Deal Closure:
• Conduct direct client visits, deliver presentations, submit proposals/quotations, and follow up to secure deals.
• Represent VERITAS Engineering at trade shows, corporate networking events, and campus seminars.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets set by management.

যোগ্যতা

• B.Sc. in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from a reputed university.
• Having BBA/ MBA degree will carry an additional advantage
• Mandatory Experience: Proven track record in selling engineering services/products to the RMG/Industrial sector AND marketing training/testing equipment to Universities/Educational Institutions.
• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in both Bangla and English.
• Proven capability to engage with high-level corporate executives, factory compliance leads, and university authorities.
• Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
