US-Bangla Airlines is the largest private passenger airline in Bangladesh. Launched in July 2014 from its base station at Dhaka, the carrier operates an extensive and growing network of domestic and international destinations across Bangladesh and Asia. The Airport Operations Executive is responsible for the safe, efficient, and on-time execution of customer services and airport and ground operations by coordinating with internal departments, ground handling agents, regulatory authorities, and service providers, while maintaining compliance with company policies, aviation regulations, and customer service standards. Physical requirements apply due to the nature of the job: minimum height 167.64 cm (5'6") for male and 160 cm (5'3") for female, weight proportionate to BMI 18.5-25.0, and no color blindness. দায়িত্ব

• Assist passengers during check-in, boarding, and baggage handling
• Verify tickets, passports, and travel documents
• Provide assistance to VIP/CIP and passengers requiring assistance
• Perform load control and trim sheet preparation
• Coordinate with Civil Aviation Authority and other service providers
• Handle flight operations, ensuring safety, punctuality, and customer satisfaction
• Prepare operational reports and manage lost or mishandled baggage cases
• Respond efficiently to delays, cancellations, or other operational challenges
• Maintain security and safety standards

যোগ্যতা

• A Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a reputed university
• 0 to 3 years of relevant experience
• Any training or certification related to airport operations, passenger services or hospitality management is an added advantage
• Basic knowledge of operating computers, especially MS Office
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali
• Knowledge of airport and ground operations management, aviation safety and regulatory compliance
• Operational coordination and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage stress
• Height: male minimum 167.64 cm (5'6"), female minimum 160 cm (5'3")
• Weight proportionate to BMI 18.5 - 25.0; no color blindness
