The Ritz-Carlton, Doha is a 5-star resort on the shores of the Arabian Gulf with 374 rooms and suites, award-winning restaurants, a full spa and fitness centre, a private beach and a Club Lounge. The Director of Quality & Learning is responsible for communicating the concept of Total Quality Management through advising, coaching, training and facilitating. The position works with direct reports, General Managers and other staff to develop and implement quality assurance strategies, and ensures quality processes meet the company's mission and brand standards, target customer needs, ensure employee satisfaction and focus on continuous improvement at the property level.

• Coach managers on adopting the Total Quality Management leadership style
• Make and execute the decisions needed to keep the property moving toward its goals
• Direct property quality efforts to address critical customer requirements
• Facilitate process improvement teams so that improvement is achievable and measurable
• Train team members and managers on problem solving, process improvement and strategic planning techniques
• Develop systems that help employees understand guest satisfaction results
• Use data collection methods to compile, display, track and analyze defect trends
• Review guest feedback with the leadership team and ensure corrective action is taken
• Respond to and handle guest problems and complaints, and stay visible with guests to obtain feedback
• Set goals for direct reports, conduct annual performance appraisals and hold staff accountable for performance
• Champion change and ensure brand and regional business initiatives are implemented

যোগ্যতা

• 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management or a related major, with 4 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations or a related area
• OR a 4-year bachelor's degree in a related major with 2 years of experience in the same areas
