AdPlay Technology is looking for a Digital Advertising Sales & Partnerships Manager to drive revenue growth, acquire new clients and build strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate has a strong local market network and established relationships with decision-makers in brand, marketing or digital media teams at brands, agencies and large corporates.

The role is based in Gulshan 1, Dhaka, with working hours Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 am to 6:30 pm. It is not a fit for candidates whose experience is mainly procurement, vendor management, IT-focused sales, B2C/direct consumer sales, or industry sales (FMCG, pharma, banking, real estate, insurance, manufacturing, retail, ISP, trading) without digital advertising or agency-side experience.

• Pitch to brands, agencies, large corporates, financial institutions and telcos
• Lead client outreach
• Understand client requirements and submit proposals
• Own the full business development cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and deal closure
• Plan and execute strategy for revenue growth
• Build commercial and solutions partnerships with brands and solution providers

যোগ্যতা

• 3-5 years of experience in client-facing business development, sales or strategic partnerships
• Experience in digital advertising, AdTech, MarTech, digital media or advertising/digital marketing agencies preferred
• Established relationships with decision-makers in brand, marketing or digital media teams
• Strong local market network and ability to identify new business opportunities
• Proven experience in client acquisition, pitching, negotiation and closing deals
• Experience presenting commercial proposals to senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives
