Bangladesh Software Solution is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive or Business Development Trainee to join its growing team. The role suits someone interested in business development, software services, client communication, AI-tool-based lead generation and sales.

You will work with the team to identify potential clients, build relationships, understand their business needs and help grow the company's software development services, including government and international projects. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

দায়িত্ব

• Identify and research potential clients through LinkedIn, email, online platforms and other business channels
• Use AI tools and automation platforms to personalize outreach and communicate efficiently with leads
• Generate and qualify leads for software development and IT services
• Reach out to prospective clients and introduce the company's services professionally
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team when necessary
• Prepare and send proposals, quotations and follow-up communications
• Follow up with prospects to move leads through the sales process
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
• Research market trends, competitors and business opportunities
• Maintain lead, prospect and client information in spreadsheets or CRM systems
• Support sales strategies, presentations, online meetings and networking activities
• Achieve assigned lead generation and business development targets

যোগ্যতা

• 0-1 years of experience in business development, sales, lead generation or a related field; fresh graduates encouraged
• Bachelor's degree in CSE or a business background is a plus
• Good written and verbal communication in English and Bengali
• Interest in AI tools, software, technology and IT services
• Basic understanding of websites, software development, eCommerce or digital services is an advantage
• Comfortable communicating with clients by email, LinkedIn, phone and online meetings
• Good research, presentation, negotiation and follow-up skills
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
