AmarSolution is looking for a Customer Support Executive to join the team. If you enjoy communicating with people, solving problems and working with clients professionally, and have a good understanding of software, systems and logical problem-solving, this opportunity is for you.

Position: Customer Support Executive

Employment Type: Full-time

Location: House 51/C, Road 13/B, Sector 3, Uttara, Dhaka-1230

Shift: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM / 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Weekly Holiday: 1 day

Hybrid Work Opportunity After Probation - work partly from office and partly from home.

দায়িত্ব

• Handle customer queries received through Facebook/Messenger, WhatsApp, phone calls, tickets and live chats
• Understand software-related issues and guide clients accordingly
• Solve customer problems professionally using customer handling and problem-solving skills

যোগ্যতা

• Minimum BSc running or completed
• Freshers are encouraged to apply
• Good understanding of software, systems and basic logic is a must
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Good communication and typing skills
• Good knowledge of computers and MS Office
• Customer handling and problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand software-related issues and guide clients accordingly
• Ability to handle Facebook/Messenger, WhatsApp, phone calls, tickets and live chats
• Ability to work under pressure and in evening/night shifts
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
