দায়িত্ব

• Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and other stakeholders professionally.
• Manage patient registration, appointments, and front-desk operations.
• Receive telephone calls and respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, billing, diagnostic, and other departments.
• Maintain patient records, registers, and administrative documents accurately.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and provide a patient-friendly service.
• Handle patient inquiries and complaints politely.
• Maintain an organized and professional reception area.
• Perform other duties assigned by the hospital management.

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor of Arts (BA) in
• Degree / Bachelor’s degree (Honours) from a recognized College or university.
• Bachelor of Social Science (BSS)
• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital
• Age 22 to 28 years
• Male can apply but most encouraged to Female
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of Bangla and functional English communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer operations and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Professional attitude, punctuality, honesty, and a sense of responsibility.
• Previous experience with hospital management software will be an advantage.
• Mandatory Accommodation: The selected candidate must reside in the accommodation arranged by the Management of the Hospital.
