Bangladesh Psychiatric Care Ltd. (BPCL) is a consultation center offering comprehensive psychiatric solutions in conjunction with physical well-being, with services covering treatment, management and rehabilitation of mental health conditions. This is a full-time, permanent, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Officer in Dhaka. The officer works closely with the Operations Team to make sure operational activities are aligned with the company's strategic objectives, goals and mission. Salary is negotiable. দায়িত্ব

• Greet patients, guardians and visitors while maintaining confidentiality and a welcoming environment
• Register patients and maintain accurate records using manual or digital systems
• Maintain records, reports, documentation and billing communication, and comply with confidentiality and organizational policies
• Schedule and manage appointments for psychiatrists, psychologists and therapists
• Guide patients on services, consultation procedures and applicable fees
• Maintain a calm, organized and supportive reception environment
• Coordinate with clinical staff on scheduling, updates and patient flow
• Inform relevant staff about patient arrivals and delays, and escalate urgent cases when necessary
• Receive and manage incoming calls about appointments, service inquiries and emergencies
• Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations, follow-ups and reminders
• Provide accurate information about doctors' schedules, services and availability
• Handle sensitive conversations with patience, empathy and professionalism

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• 1-3 years of experience in the related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good computer literacy (MS Office, call software, CRM systems)
• Patience, empathy and professionalism in service delivery
• Experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage
