The Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Noakhali (Nezarat Section) is recruiting 3 Cleaner for the Deputy Commissioner's Office, Noakhali and the Upazila Nirbahi Officer offices under it. These are revenue-funded permanent posts filled on a temporary basis by direct recruitment, under the Ministry of Public Administration's clearance of 31 July 2026, at Grade-20 of the national pay scale (Tk 20,000 - 48,400 under the 2026 scale). Only permanent residents of Noakhali district may apply. The minimum qualification is Junior School Certificate (JSC) or equivalent pass, and candidates must be 18-32 years old on 26 November 2026.

Applications are online only, through the DC office's own Teletalk recruitment portal (dcnoakhali.teletalk.com.bd), from 26 October 2026 (10:00 AM) to 26 November 2026 (5:00 PM). The Tk 56 application fee is paid by SMS from a Teletalk prepaid mobile to Teletalk, not to JobBangla, within 72 hours of submitting the form. • Junior School Certificate (JSC) or equivalent pass from a recognised board
• Permanent citizen of Bangladesh by birth and a permanent resident of Noakhali district
• Age 18-32 years as of 26 November 2026 (no affidavit accepted for age; no age relaxation for candidates already in service)
• Candidates already in government service must apply through proper channel and show the employer's permission at the viva
• Married women must give their husband's permanent address
• Original applicant's copy, admit card, certificates, citizenship certificate (from municipality mayor or UP chairman) and National ID (or online birth registration) to be presented at the viva
• Attested photocopies of all certificates and documents (one set) to be submitted at the viva
• Quota claims must be supported by the certificates required under current government policy
• Online application and fee payment open 26 October 2026, 10:00 AM and close 26 November 2026, 5:00 PM
• Application fee Tk 56 (Tk 50 fee + Tk 6 Teletalk charge), paid by two SMS from a Teletalk prepaid mobile within 72 hours of submitting the online form
• Upload a colour photo (300x300 px, max 100 KB) and signature (300x80 px, max 60 KB) with the online form
• Written and viva exams for all posts are held at the same time, so a candidate can sit the exam for only one post
• No TA/DA is paid for attending the written or viva exam
• Exam dates are announced on www.noakhali.gov.bd, the DC office notice board and by SMS
