দায়িত্ব

• To drive the profitability of the business
• To lead the development of the company's short-and long-term strategy
• To create and implement the organization's vision and mission
• To maintain awareness of the competitive market landscape, expansion opportunities, and industry developments
• To assess risks to the company and ensure they are monitored and minimized
• To set strategic goals and make sure they are measurable and describable
• To decide strategic budgets for all departments
• To advise on generating new business and approve new projects

যোগ্যতা

• Must have a relevant degree from a reputed university (Foreign Degree preferred)
• English & Japanese Speaking & Writing
• At least 20 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas
• Knowledge and Experience in the Energy Field for more than 20 years
• Minimum 20 years of Management experience
• Leadership, Positive & Logical Thinking, Creativity
• Experience in Finance, Accounting, Investment, Sales and Marketing
• Overseas experience in LPG & Auto Gas sector is preferable
