Quantigo AI is a global data solutions company specializing in data annotation and collection for AI/ML teams. It is looking for a highly organized Business Operations Manager (advertised as General Manager Operations) to work closely with the Country Director and senior leadership, ensuring accountability, cross-departmental coordination and smooth day-to-day operations across HR, Project, Delivery, Admin and Finance. The role suits someone from a BPO, project coordination or internal operations background who wants to grow into strategic leadership. Full-time, permanent, hybrid, Monday to Friday 9:30am to 6:30pm.

• Translate company objectives into actionable plans and track company-level OKRs, departmental goals and strategic initiatives
• Identify roadblocks to strategic execution and flag gaps in coordination, delivery or prioritization
• Implement and refine SOPs, playbooks and workflows, and propose improvements to reduce friction
• Set up and manage tools (such as Notion, Trello, dashboards and trackers) for visibility across teams
• Act as execution partner to the Country Director, tracking commitments and preparing internal communications, presentations and planning documents
• Run the rhythm of internal meetings such as leadership huddles, department reviews and OKR check-ins
• Act as internal liaison between HR, Delivery, Admin, Finance, IT and other support functions
• Own internal projects from initiation to completion, with timelines, resource plans and progress updates

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations or any relevant field
• 5-6 years of experience in operations, coordination or BPO/process roles
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Trello, ClickUp, Notion, Airtable and Slack
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptionally structured, punctual and organized, with strong time and task management
• Experience in fast-paced, remote-first or startup environments is a bonus
