Apex DMIT Limited is an MNC in the IT enabled and knowledge based services sector, providing 24/7 data management, software, analytics and infrastructure services in the financial, banking and real estate industries in the US and Bangladesh. It is hiring 10 Business Development Analysts (SBA I/SBA II) for the night shift at its Banani office (Catharsis Tower, 6th Floor, House #133, Road #12, Block E, Banani, Dhaka 1213). Shift timing: male 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM, female 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM; Monday-Friday, Saturday and Sunday off. দায়িত্ব

• Deliver end-to-end customer service, ensuring a seamless client experience
• Monitor and ensure the quality of services provided by the field force
• Ensure timely service delivery aligned with Apex's brand standards and commitments
• Gain a strong understanding of the company's core functions, operations, management perspectives, policies and practices
• Oversee quality control through regular coordination, performance reviews and business meetings
• Manage client and vendor payments efficiently and accurately
• Coordinate with clients to maintain effective communication and uphold service quality

যোগ্যতা

• BBA/MBA or Bachelor's/Master's degree in any related discipline from a reputed university
• CGPA minimum 3.00 or above; combined SSC and HSC CGPA of 9 and above
• 1-3 years of full-time work experience in a reputable organization; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply
• Prior experience in property preservation will be given preference
• Excellent English communication (speaking, listening, reading and writing)
• Strong English typing speed with high accuracy
• Proficient computer literacy and comfort with digital tools
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated leadership potential and sound decision-making ability
