The Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC) is recruiting for 2 Boiler Inspector posts (circular serial 84) at the Office of the Chief Inspector of Boilers, Ministry of Industries, by direct recruitment as a non-cadre technical/professional post at Grade-9 of the National Pay Scale 2026 (Tk 44,000 - 105,900). The maximum age is 32 years on 1 October 2026.

As a 9th-grade technical/professional post, selection follows the BPSC Non-Cadre Recruitment Examination Policy 2023. The written exam and viva are held only in Dhaka; registration can be done against any divisional centre. The government's current quota policy applies to final recommendations.

Applications are online only, on BPSC's official Teletalk portal (bpsc.teletalk.com.bd), from 1 November 2026 (12:00 PM) to 30 November 2026 (6:00 PM). The application fee (Tk 200; Tk 50 for disadvantaged citizens) is paid by SMS from a Teletalk prepaid mobile to Teletalk, not to JobBangla. • 4-year bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from a recognised university
• No third division or equivalent CGPA in any exam
• Maximum age 32 years on 1 October 2026 (no affidavit accepted for age proof)
• Bangladeshi citizen; candidates married to (or committed to marry) a foreign national need prior written government permission
• Apply online only (BPSC Form-5A) at bpsc.teletalk.com.bd from 1 November 2026, 12:00 PM to 30 November 2026, 6:00 PM
• Application fee Tk 200 (Tk 50 for disadvantaged citizens), paid by SMS from a Teletalk prepaid mobile; User ID holders may pay until 3 December 2026, 6:00 PM
• Upload a recent colour photo (300x300 px, max 100 KB, no sunglasses) and signature (300x80 px, max 60 KB) in jpg format
• Qualifications, experience and training must be achieved by 30 November 2026; candidates still awaiting the minimum-qualification exam result are not eligible
• Attested copies of certificates, NID, citizenship certificate, admit card, 3 photos and (for serving employees) release/permission documents must be submitted with BPSC Form-5A before the viva
