SIMEX Bangladesh is looking for a talented and motivated Architect to join its head office team in Baridhara DOHS, Dhaka on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate has a strong design sense, technical proficiency and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and project teams. Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.

দায়িত্ব

• Meet with clients and understand project requirements
• Develop architectural design concepts, working drawings and 3D visualizations
• Coordinate with internal teams and consultants
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress as required
• Ensure design quality and project coordination across stages of development

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch); graduates of KUET, BRAC University, AUST, CUET and the University of Asia Pacific get preference
• Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in an architecture firm, construction, engineering, interior design, real estate, steel, power or technical infrastructure
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhinoceros 3D, SketchUp, Lumion and Adobe Photoshop
• Membership of IAB (Associate/Full)
• Experience in preparing RAJUK drawings, documentation and drawing approval
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to conduct site visits and monitor project progress
