How long is the consultation session?
Each session is 60 minutes long, conducted online via Google Meet.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No preparation is required. It helps to jot down what you would like to discuss, but our expert will guide the conversation either way.
Can I get a refund if I can't attend?
Yes, if you cancel at least 24 hours before your booked session you get a full refund. Inside 24 hours, or after the session has been held, the fee is not refundable, but we will reschedule once if you contact us before the session. See the refund policy for details.
