Job description

VETERINARIAN / LIVESTOCK SERVICE PROVIDER (VET / LSP)

Bangladesh-Wide Recruitment

Full-Time | Part-Time | Area-Based Opportunities

ABOUT AGRICORE

AgriCore Technologies is a Singapore-based fintech and insurtech company building the identity and financial infrastructure for agriculture—making livestock, farmland, and farmers verifiable, insurable, and financeable.

In Bangladesh, AgriCore operates through InsureCow, serving a large and growing network of cattle farmers through livestock identification, animal-health services, insurance, financing, and field-based support.

As we expand our veterinary and livestock-service network, we are recruiting Veterinarians and Livestock Service Providers (Vet/LSPs) to provide both on-site and remote animal-health services to farmers across our operational areas.

Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a field and service-focused role for veterinarians and experienced livestock professionals who want to work directly with a large pool of cattle farmers.

Selected vet/LSPs will support farmers through:

Farm Visits • Remote Consultation • Animal Health Assessment • Vaccination • Treatment Support • Preventive Care • Health Monitoring • Farmer Advisory

Depending on location and availability, selected candidates will work through an AgriCore/InsureCow operational office or assigned local service area, supporting farmers in the surrounding region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

VETERINARY & ANIMAL HEALTH SERVICES

• Provide veterinary consultation and animal-health support to cattle farmers.

• Conduct farm visits for livestock health assessment, treatment, vaccination, deworming, and preventive care.

• Identify common diseases, injuries, and health conditions and recommend appropriate treatment or next steps within the candidate’s professional scope.

• Provide remote veterinary consultation through phone, video, and AgriCore/InsureCow digital channels where appropriate.

• Review farmer-provided photos, videos, and case information for preliminary assessment and follow-up.

• Monitor treatment progress and provide post-treatment guidance.

• Support vaccination and preventive animal-health programmes.

• Advise farmers on livestock nutrition, hygiene, housing, disease prevention, and good animal-management practices.

• Refer serious or complex cases to appropriate veterinary professionals or facilities where necessary.

FIELD & DIGITAL OPERATIONS

• Support livestock identification and verification activities.

• Assist with animal-health assessments during livestock and farmer onboarding.

• Maintain accurate digital records of consultations, treatments, vaccinations, and follow-up services.

• Support livestock inspections, insurance verification, and claims-related field assessments when assigned.

• Capture and update required livestock-health information through AgriCore/InsureCow applications and digital systems.

• Coordinate with area offices, field teams, operations, and customer-service teams.

• Submit required service reports, case information, and supporting documentation accurately and on time.

REMOTE VETERINARY SUPPORT

A key objective of AgriCore’s Vet/LSP network is to make veterinary support more accessible to farmers, including those located farther from veterinary facilities.

Vet/LSPs may provide:

Remote Consultation

Initial Case Assessment

Photo & Video-Based Review

Treatment Follow-Up

Vaccination Guidance

Preventive-Care Advice

Farmer Education

Where physical examination or treatment is required, the farmer can be connected to the nearest available vet/LSP within the network.

REMOTE SUPPORT → LOCAL VET/LSP → FARM VISIT → FOLLOW-UP
