UI/UX Designer (Mid-Level / Senior)

Flyte Solutions Ltd. is expanding its design talent pool and looking for creative and experienced UI/UX Designers to support digital products, enterprise applications and technology resource-augmentation engagements. We are particularly interested in designers who can create intuitive, accessible and scalable user experiences for banking, fintech, telecom, insurance and other enterprise environments.

Positions: Mid-Level UI/UX Designer (3-5 years) and Senior UI/UX Designer (5-8 years). Employment type: Full-time. Work arrangement: On-site / Hybrid / Client Deployment. Location: Morning Glory, Level 6-7, House 19, Road 13/C, Block-E, Banani, Dhaka 1213.

Enterprise / domain exposure: experience designing products or applications for Banking & Digital Banking, Fintech & Payment Platforms, Telecom & Digital Services, Insurance, Enterprise / B2B Applications, and Customer Portals and Self-Service Platforms. Experience working with complex workflows, dashboards, transaction journeys, customer onboarding, authentication, approval workflows or data-intensive interfaces will be an advantage.

Senior candidates will additionally be expected to lead UX strategy and design for complex products or modules, establish and maintain design systems and standards, conduct design reviews and provide UX direction, mentor Mid-Level and Junior designers, work directly with clients and stakeholders where required, and translate complex business requirements into simple, user-centric experiences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, stakeholder discussions and requirement analysis
• Translate business requirements into user journeys, information architecture and intuitive workflows
• Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs
• Design responsive web and mobile applications
• Develop and maintain reusable design systems and UI components
• Apply UX principles to simplify complex enterprise workflows
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers and QA teams
• Participate in usability testing and incorporate user feedback
• Ensure consistency across screens, platforms and user journeys
• Prepare design specifications and handoff materials for development teams
• Review implemented interfaces and ensure alignment with approved designs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, CSE, HCI, Multimedia, Fine Arts or a related discipline
• 3-8 years of professional UI/UX design experience, depending on level
• Strong proficiency in Figma
• Strong understanding of UX research, interaction design and visual design
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs
• Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design
• Good knowledge of usability and accessibility principles
• Ability to work effectively with development and product teams
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant UI/UX work is required
• Experience designing enterprise applications and regulated-industry products will be highly valued
