Responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote cosmetics, skincare, haircare, makeup, and other beauty products.
• Follow up with interested clients and maintain professional relationships.
• Maintain an updated database of customer names, contact numbers, inquiries, orders, and follow-up schedules.
• Coordinate with showroom sales staff, inventory personnel, and delivery teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Good Bengali communication skills; basic English communication is preferred.
• Knowledge of cosmetics, skincare, makeup, and beauty products is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, email, and customer database management.
• Positive attitude, patience, honesty, and a customer-oriented mindset.

Requirements

• HSC
• Bachelor of Arts (BA) in BBA
• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Healthcare/Lifestyle product
• Age 20 to 35 years
• Only Female
