Job description
TRACE is seeking a technically oriented and highly organized Technical Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of software and digital transformation projects. The role works closely with software developers, technical teams, government officials, clients, and other project stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are clearly understood, properly documented, and delivered within the agreed scope, timeline, and quality standards. The ideal candidate has a good understanding of software development processes, including frontend, backend, database, UI/UX, software testing, and deployment concepts. While the role is not primarily focused on coding, the candidate must be technically capable of understanding development work, communicating effectively with developers, identifying project-level issues, and translating business requirements into clear technical and functional requirements. The role offers a path to grow into IT project management and managerial responsibilities. Application: send a CV with cover letter and GitHub/portfolio links, merged into a single PDF, to contact@traceconsultingltd.com with the subject line 'Application for Technical Project Coordinator'.
