TBN24 is looking for a dynamic Team Leader to lead a high-performing telesales team for TBN24 IPTV. The Team Lead manages a team of telesales advisors, drives daily and monthly collection targets, monitors call quality, manages rosters and floor operations, and trains and mentors advisors. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of telesales advisors, driving daily and monthly collection targets
• Monitor call quality and conduct performance reviews
• Manage rosters, attendance and floor operations
• Train and mentor advisors and run daily briefings
• Handle reporting, competition tracking and initial candidate screening

Requirements

• Strong Bangla and English communication
• Minimum 3 years of experience in telemarketing or telesales
• Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills
• High attention to detail and organisational ability
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Minimum graduate (any discipline)
