As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll be a strategic partner to your assigned departments, owning the quality and momentum of hiring across some of our most critical growth functions. You'll bring structure to ambiguity, depth to sourcing, alignment to stakeholders, and discipline to the data behind every decision. The way you work will shape three things that matter most to how we scale: how quickly we hire, how well we hire, and the long-term strength of the talent we build around. In short, you won't just fill roles, you will raise the bar for who joins us and how confidently we grow.

Responsibilities

• Execute niche and targeted sourcing strategies through LinkedIn Recruiter, headhunting, and industry-specific channels.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for recurring, technical, and strategic roles.
• Engage and nurture passive candidates to maintain long-term talent readiness.
• Develop sourcing playbooks tailored to individual departments. End-to-End Recruitment Execution
• Manage the complete hiring lifecycle—from intake alignment and sourcing strategy to offer rollout and onboarding handover.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define role scope, expectations, and hiring timelines.
• Apply structured screening and interviewing methodologies to assess competency, capability, and cultural alignment.
• Drive disciplined feedback loops and decision-making processes to reduce delays and misalignment. ATS & Process Ownership
• Maintain accurate and structured data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Track pipeline metrics and generate insights to support data-driven hiring decisions.
• Ensure compliance, documentation discipline, and reporting accuracy across all roles.
• Manage scheduling, candidate communication, and interview coordination with operational precision. Stakeholder & Candidate Experience Excellence
• Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers through influencing, negotiation, and structured advisory.
• Ensure a strong and professional candidate experience across all stages.
• Maintain clarity, transparency, and communication discipline throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within fast-paced, scaling environments.
• Strong expertise in headhunting and LinkedIn-based sourcing strategies.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end recruitment cycles and structured hiring methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills with strong candidate and hiring manager engagement ability.
• Thinks beyond CV matching—understands role fit in broader business context.
• Balances speed with quality and long-term hiring impact.
• Uses data and pipeline metrics to improve decision-making.
• Maintains discipline in process ownership while adapting to business urgency.
• Operates with maturity, ownership, and high professional standards.
