Support Coordinator (Night Shift)

Job description

As a Support Coordinator at Field Nation, you're the front line of support, ensuring that every customer interaction is handled with accuracy and efficiency. This is a full-time, hybrid position (in the office on Mondays & Tuesdays for community building), based in Uttara, Dhaka, Bangladesh, with hours generally ranging from 8 pm to 5 am (varies with U.S. daylight savings).

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone calls or service cloud
• Resolve problems by clarifying complaints, determining root causes, and delivering solutions
• Record all interaction details and perform internal tasks with multi-tasking abilities

Requirements

• Fluency in the English language, both spoken and written
• Ability to handle calls and emails professionally, including in high-stakes situations
• Diplomacy skills, bringing separate perspectives together while remaining neutral
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong time management and prioritization abilities
