Job description

The post holder plays a lead role in maintaining the university's sponsor licence and visa compliance for international student visa holders, coordinating compliance activities from admissions checks and new student registration to the ongoing monitoring of existing students. Responsibilities

• Coordinating compliance activities, from admissions checks and new student registration to ongoing monitoring of existing students
• Managing student attendance and engagement monitoring processes
• Meeting associated reporting obligations
• Developing robust processes and guiding university staff

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of UKVI Student Route regulations
• Experience in a Higher Education setting or a relevant regulatory/compliance environment (essential)
• Meticulous, proactive, with strong leadership skills
