Responsibilities

• Abide by the Management System and ISO/IEC 17025
• Handle daily order submissions
• Assist lab testing team by managing processes related to samples submitted by clients
• Coordinate/handle the warehousing, storage, and release of samples
• Accumulate test result table, prepare report, finalize report to release
• Prepare, upload, e-file reports, certificates, and other client documents in the online system
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or any discipline
• Familiar with ISO/IEC 17025 quality system and requirements
• Basic knowledge of laboratory testing
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and general computer skills
• At least 2-6 years of working experience in third party testing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Bengali
• Self-initiated, independent, and a good team player
