Social Media Manager

Lavishta, a Dhaka beauty brand, is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join its team in Niketan, Gulshan-1. Full-time, Saturday to Thursday. The successful candidate manages and grows the company's social media presence across multiple platforms, creates engaging content and measures the effectiveness of social media campaigns. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement and website traffic
• Manage and grow social media accounts across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube
• Create and curate engaging content, including copy, graphics and videos, that aligns with the brand voice
• Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute social media campaigns that support business objectives
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools and best practices
• Work with external partners such as influencers and agencies to amplify reach and engagement
• Develop and maintain social media calendars and ensure timely and consistent posting
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in social media management
• Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content
• Knowledge of social media platforms, tools and analytics, including Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights and Google Analytics
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong project management and organizational skills
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer or Sprout Social is a plus
