About Qii Creative

Qii Creative is a data-led digital agency headquartered in Darwin, Australia, with its full operations team based in Bangladesh. We help brands across Australia and beyond grow through measurable results, not vanity metrics.

Our services cover web design and development, custom software, AI development (chatbots, automation and AI search optimisation), video content creation, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, graphic design and Amazon store management. We work with e-commerce and retail brands, real estate, startups and local service businesses.

We are a lean, independent agency. Senior people work directly on client accounts, and everyone on the Bangladesh team works hands-on with Australian clients, real budgets and real targets from day one.

About the role

You will plan and run social media content for our Australian and international clients across retail, real estate, startups and local services. You turn client goals into content plans, brief our design and video teams, publish the work and use the results to make the next month better. This role is about strategy and planning, backed by strong coordination and quality control.

What you will do

• Gather client requirements and review brand guidelines, existing content, audiences, business goals and source material.

• Audit clients' social channels and competitors to find content gaps, positioning opportunities and a measurable starting point.

• Build 90-day content strategies with clear audiences, goals, content pillars, calls to action and performance measures.

• Turn approved strategies into monthly content calendars with themes, formats and realistic posting schedules.

• Define each post's goal, audience, angle, creative direction and call to action, so designers and editors know exactly what to make.

• Spot chances to re-purpose client videos, shoots, case studies and reviews, noting the exact clips or timestamps to use.

• Write briefs for one-off campaigns and requests, with deliverables, references, timelines and approvals.

• Set and track production timelines with our copy, design and video teams, and manage feedback, revisions and approvals.

• Flag delivery risks early, such as missing inputs, approval delays or clashing priorities, with practical fixes.

• Review teammates' strategies, calendars and briefs, and give specific, constructive feedback.

• Schedule and publish approved content, checking assets, captions, links, accounts and timing.

• Report on performance at the agreed cadence, explain the results and limits of the data, and recommend next steps.

• Work with our paid media team so organic content and ads support each other.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years in social media marketing, content strategy or a similar role, planning and delivering client work.

• A portfolio showing content strategies, calendars, creative briefs or performance reports you contributed to.

• Strong grasp of audience research, brand positioning, content pillars, buying journeys and calls to action.

• Experience planning content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn for both B2B and B2C audiences.

• Excellent written & spoken English: you can turn unclear client requests into clear, actionable instructions,Direct client communication.

• Confidence reading social metrics and linking them to business goals.

• Strong research, fact-checking and review skills.

• Experience juggling multiple clients, deadlines and approval cycles.

• Working knowledge of Google Workspace (especially Sheets) and social scheduling and analytics tools.

• Comfortable using AI tools critically for research and planning, while owning the accuracy of the final work.

• Understanding of Australian audiences and culture is a plus.
