Senior Student Counsellor, Multi Destination Expert

Edvoy is an education technology platform that helps students make informed decisions about studying abroad, with an emphasis on transparent and unbiased guidance. As a Senior Counsellor you will guide students through their study abroad journey, from shortlisting universities to impartial advice and virtual counselling sessions, working with a team spread across four continents.

Responsibilities

• Shortlist universities based on course, rankings, specialisation, location preference and the financial ability of students and parents
• Give impartial and honest advice to students on studying abroad
• Conduct talks and presentations for the company in webinars, seminars and virtual counselling sessions
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Work with the business development team to attract investors and vendors using professional videos and content

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience counselling students, preferably in the study abroad sector
• A degree qualification
• Prior experience in higher education student recruitment
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Results-oriented with a friendly, professional demeanour
