Senior Solution Implementation Manager

Job description

Anaplan is seeking a driven self-starter with program-level delivery experience to join in the UAE as a Senior Solution Implementation Manager, shaping the success of its most strategic enterprise customers across the Middle East.

This is a hands-on project management delivery position. You will lead complex implementations, ideally within Supply Chain, Financial Planning & Analysis or Workforce Planning; scope, negotiate and manage escalations; orchestrate multiple enterprise programs within budget and scope; and recover projects that have drifted off track.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Anaplan deployments alongside internal teams and external partners, establishing robust governance, precise scoping and uncovering hidden assumptions
• Serve as the primary point of contact for delivery, building alignment with customer stakeholders from operational leads up to the C-suite
• Navigate multi-faceted programs, balancing scope, risk, budget and resourcing
• Anticipate bottlenecks and drive critical project decisions across design, testing, timelines and organizational change management
• Use negotiation skills to resolve conflicts, maintain project momentum and unite diverse teams behind a shared goal
• Advocate for and implement the "Anaplan Way" methodology, delivering scalable and user-friendly solutions
• Provide clear, actionable reporting on project status and portfolio health to internal leadership and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Demonstrable history of program or project management across complex, large-scale enterprise initiatives
• Deep, hands-on experience in Agile project delivery methodologies
• Proven ability to recover and realign complex projects led by partners or vendors, under tight timelines and budgets
• Exceptional customer engagement and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate, influence senior leadership and act as a trusted advisor
• English is required; Arabic is preferred but not essential
• Preferred: domain expertise in Supply Chain, FP&A or Workforce Planning
