Senior Product Manager, User Onboarding and Growth

Crypto.com is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own customer onboarding across the Crypto.com App and adjacent product surfaces. Onboarding is where regulatory requirements, customer acquisition and time-to-first-value meet, so every improvement should help more customers open an account compliantly, activate faster and reach the products that matter.

You will own the onboarding journey as both a growth product and a regulated platform, covering KYC and account opening, activation and referral mechanics and new-product onboarding, and within six months take on trading product work as well.

Responsibilities

• Own compliant customer onboarding end to end: account opening, identity verification and KYC requirements
• Turn onboarding into a growth engine by owning activation, referral, new-user incentives and time-to-first-value
• Instrument and improve the funnel: find where customers drop, size the opportunity and ship interventions
• Extend onboarding capabilities to other platforms and future product surfaces without fragmenting journeys
• Own a meaningful trading slice, connecting onboarding to first trade and continued participation
• Align Engineering, Design, Compliance, Marketing and Trading around priorities and launch decisions

Requirements

• Experience owning consumer onboarding and growth together, with a measurable result
• Experience shipping account opening or KYC in a regulated product
• Experience extending a shared onboarding capability across products or markets
• Enough trading-product depth to own a trading, brokerage, investing or first-trade journey
• Ability to work as a senior individual contributor running two connected charters
• Preferred: crypto trading, multi-asset products, prediction markets and multi-market consumer products experience
