Senior Executive – Spare Parts

Job description

Speedoz Limited is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional to join its team as a Senior Executive – Spare Parts. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in spare parts management, inventory control and stock operations, preferably in the automobile or motorcycle industry. Vacancy: 1. Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh. Salary: negotiable, with festival bonuses and other benefits as per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor central stock and overall spare parts inventory
• Forecast spare parts demand and prepare timely requisitions
• Inspect incoming parts for quality, specifications and quantity accuracy
• Maintain and regularly update spare parts databases using ERP software or MS Excel
• Ensure timely distribution of the correct spare parts to departments, showrooms and technical teams
• Prepare reports on damaged and scrap parts and manage their disposal according to company policies

Requirements

• Diploma or BSc in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical Engineering or a relevant discipline
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in the automobile/motorcycle industry, spare parts management or inventory control preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel, and data entry
• Experience with inventory management software or ERP systems is an advantage
• Good communication skills in both Bengali and English
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
