Job description

Zencore Solutions Limited, part of Betopia Group, is a technology and ERP solutions company specialising in implementation, business process automation, custom software development and digital transformation. To expand its ERP implementation team it is seeking highly experienced Technical Lead / Solution Architect developers, preferably with Odoo, to drive end-to-end ERP architecture, lead development teams and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions. The role combines technical leadership, system design and strategic decision-making. Two on-site positions are open.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design end-to-end ERP solutions aligned with business requirements, preferably in Odoo.
• Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring code quality, scalability, and timely delivery
• Define technical standards, best practices, and development guidelines
• Oversee custom module development, integrations, and system customization
• Drive system performance optimization and high-availability architecture
• Manage system upgrades, migrations, and deployment strategies
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical blueprints
• Conduct code reviews, architecture reviews, and technical mentoring
• Ensure proper documentation, testing strategy, and release management
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies and tools to improve system efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
• 4 to 6 Years of Relevant Experience
• Deep expertise in module architecture like Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Manufacturing
• Strong experience in multi-company, multi-warehouse, and SaaS architectures
• Proven ability to design scalable and modular ERP systems
• Solid understanding of software architecture patterns (microservices, modular monolith, event-driven systems)
• Experience with API integrations (REST, GraphQL, XML-RPC) and third-party systems
• Expertise in performance tuning, query optimization, and caching strategies
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes (preferred), and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong knowledge of Git workflows, code review standards, and DevOps practices
• Familiarity with Owl, QWeb, and modern frontend integration
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder communication, and decision-making skills
