Polygon Technology is hiring a Senior Business Development Executive, a full-time on-site role across Bangladesh (Sunday-Thursday work schedule). The position emphasizes identifying potential clients, developing strong business relationships, and driving sales opportunities through virtual and in-person engagement, for a seasoned professional with 3-5 years of IT industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation, client relationship management, and deal closure
• Collaborate across engineering, product, marketing, and delivery teams
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and manage client onboarding

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management, or a related field
• 3-5 years of IT industry experience with a proven sales track record
• Existing client networks preferred
• Fluency in English and Bengali
• Enterprise client and large-scale project experience valued
• Confident in conducting physical client meetings and managing multiple opportunities independently
