Python Developer — Mid / Senior

Job description

Flyte Solutions Ltd. (Technology Solutions | Resource Augmentation | Software Engineering) is hiring a Python Developer to design, develop and maintain enterprise applications using Python, developing scalable RESTful APIs and backend services for banking, fintech, telecom, insurance, and other enterprise domains.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain enterprise applications using Python.
• Develop scalable RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Work with Django, FastAPI, Flask or equivalent frameworks.
• Develop microservices and service-oriented applications.
• Integrate internal enterprise systems and third-party APIs.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Implement authentication, authorization and secure API access.
• Develop background jobs and asynchronous processing where required.
• Implement logging, monitoring, validation and audit mechanisms.
• Optimize application performance and database queries.
• Develop automated unit and integration tests.
• Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CSE, Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related discipline.
• 3–8 years of professional Python development experience.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with Django, FastAPI, Flask or equivalent frameworks.
• Strong REST API development experience.
• Good database knowledge.
• Strong understanding of Git and Agile/Scrum.
• Good understanding of secure software development practices.
