Project Supervisor, Field Execution & Quality

Job description

Spreeha Foundation is a nonprofit delivering affordable, quality healthcare to low- and middle-income communities in Bangladesh, registered as a 501(c)(3) in the United States and as an NGO under the NGO Affairs Bureau in Bangladesh. The Project Supervisor, Field Execution & Quality leads field-level implementation, supervision, monitoring and quality assurance of assigned healthcare projects, making sure activities are delivered according to approved plans, timelines and program quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise project activities, including field and site visits, training, doctor and provider onboarding and beneficiary engagement
• Monitor project activities against workplans, timelines, targets and agreed deliverables, and follow up on gaps
• Ensure field activities and healthcare interventions comply with approved protocols, SOPs, and clinical and program quality standards
• Coordinate and facilitate training, orientation and capacity-building for doctors, healthcare providers, field partners and project participants
• Support collection, verification and validation of project data, KPIs, field observations and outcomes for M&E
• Coordinate with healthcare facilities, government representatives, doctors and providers, implementing partners and community stakeholders
• Identify operational, clinical and quality issues, support corrective actions and escalate critical matters to the Project Manager
• Prepare field visit reports, activity updates, training records, quality observations and other project documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in healthcare, public health or a related field; MBBS with MPH preferred
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in healthcare, public health or development-sector projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Bangla and English
• Hands-on experience supervising field activities, teams or project sites
• Working knowledge of clinical or program protocols, SOPs and quality standards
• Ability to collect, verify and report project data, with working proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong coordination skills with healthcare facilities, government bodies and community stakeholders
• Willingness to travel frequently to project sites across Bangladesh
