Job description

Backbencher's Business Solutions partners with global robotics organizations to collect high-resolution egocentric (POV) vision data used to train next-generation spatial computing and foundation models. The company is establishing sustained data pipelines in Bangladesh and is recruiting an execution-focused Project Coordinator ready to start immediately, with pathways to manage and scale future international operations and projects. Coordinators need no iPhone; contributors must use an iPhone 12 or newer with a standard chest or head strap mount. Coordinator pay is a commission of $0.50 - $0.75+ per approved hour delivered across the coordinator's contributor team, with no cap on volume. Contributor payroll ($2.50 per approved hour) is managed and paid independently by the company, on a bi-weekly payout cycle.

Responsibilities

• Contributor pipeline: source, onboard, and coordinate a dedicated pool of contributors using iPhone 12 or newer models
• Quality and protocol compliance: guide contributors on spatial capture standards, camera orientation, and stability to maximize validation rates
• Operations oversight: supervise daily recording activity, track submitted hours, and sync directly with central operations

Requirements

• Immediate availability to begin sourcing and onboarding contributors
• Strong operational discipline, structured communication, and proactive team management
• No formal degree or corporate pedigree required; execution, ownership, and measurable delivery take precedence
• Confidence in building and leading a team and the ability to commit fully
