Job description

The Income Tax Intelligence and Investigation Unit (Rajaswa Bhaban, 11th floor, Level-10, Agargaon, Sher-e-Bangla Nagar, Dhaka-1207), under the Internal Resources Division of the Ministry of Finance, is recruiting on a revenue-budget basis to fill vacant Grade-13 to Grade-20 posts by direct recruitment from genuine Bangladeshi citizens of all districts (notice dated 1 November 2026). This listing is for 10 Personal Assistant posts at Grade-13 of the national pay scale 2026 (Tk 24,000 - 58,000). The required qualification is Bachelor degree in any subject with at least second class or equivalent CGPA, and candidates must be 18 to 32 years old on 1 November 2026.

Selection is by a written test, a practical test and a viva. Applications are online only, through the ITIIU Teletalk recruitment portal (itiiu.teletalk.com.bd), from 3 November 2026 (10:00 AM) to 23 November 2026 (5:00 PM). The application fee is Tk 112 (Tk 100 fee plus Tk 12 Teletalk service charge), paid by two SMS messages from a Teletalk prepaid mobile to Teletalk, not to JobBangla, within 72 hours of submitting the form. Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any subject from a recognised university with at least second class or equivalent CGPA
• Minimum shorthand speed of 80 words per minute in English and 50 words per minute in Bangla
• Minimum computer typing speed of 30 words per minute in English and 25 words per minute in Bangla
• Skill and experience in computer word processing, e-mail and fax machine operation
• Citizen of Bangladesh from any district
• Age 18 to 32 years as of 1 November 2026; an affidavit is not accepted as proof of age and the latest government rules apply
• Not eligible if not a citizen of Bangladesh, married to or engaged to marry a non-citizen, or convicted by a criminal court of an offence involving moral turpitude
• Candidates claiming a quota must state it clearly in the application; quota follows the latest government policy
• State your latest educational qualification on the application; qualifications hidden at application cannot be claimed later for promotion or other benefits
• Employees of government, semi-government and autonomous bodies must apply with their authority's permission; candidates already in the tax department select the Departmental Candidate option on the online form, and every employed candidate hands in the original no-objection letter at the viva
• At the viva, show original certificates and submit one attested photocopy of each, plus two recent colour photographs, attested by a first-class gazetted officer: all educational certificates, the citizenship certificate from the mayor, councillor or union parishad chairman, certificates for physically challenged, third gender and ethnic minority candidates where claimed, the freedom-fighter certificate where claimed, a character certificate from a first-class gazetted officer, the National ID o

• Online application opens 3 November 2026, 10:00 AM and closes 23 November 2026, 5:00 PM; the fee must be paid by SMS within 72 hours of getting the User ID
• Upload a colour photo (300x300 px, max 100 KB) and signature (300x80 px, max 60 KB) with the online form
• Only one post may be applied for; incomplete or erroneous applications are cancelled
• No TA/DA is paid for the written, practical or viva exams
• Exam schedules are announced on the ITIIU notice board, itiiu.portal.gov.bd and by SMS
• The authority may reduce or increase the number of posts or cancel the circular in part or in full; its decision on any recruitment matter is final
