Odoo Developer & Content Executive

Job description

Color Craze is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Odoo Developer & Content Executive with strong hands-on experience in Odoo website/backend management to manage and continuously improve its e-commerce platform. This role is focused on real execution inside Odoo: editing pages, managing product data, updating content, executing campaigns and improving UI/UX directly within the Odoo environment. The ideal candidate understands how design, content and product presentation impact conversions, and can keep the website visually appealing, up to date and commercially effective. This is a hands-on execution role inside Odoo; candidates with only theoretical UI/UX knowledge and no practical website/backend experience are not suitable. Working hours are fixed, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, six days a week with one weekly day off.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update website pages using Odoo Website Builder and backend
• Edit layouts, sections, snippets, banners and content blocks directly in Odoo
• Maintain homepage, product pages, category pages and landing pages
• Ensure the website is always updated, functional and aligned with business priorities
• Identify and fix layout issues, broken sections and outdated content
• Upload and update products in Odoo (title, description, price, variants, stock, attributes)
• Maintain accurate categorization, tagging and product organization
• Update product images and ensure consistency in presentation
• Ensure all product pages are complete, clean and conversion-ready
• Design banners, sliders and promotional visuals for website use
• Create creatives for campaigns, categories and homepage sections
• Maintain brand consistency and visual quality
• Translate marketing ideas into website-ready visuals

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Odoo website/backend management (highly preferred)
• E-commerce website operations, UI/UX execution or content management experience
• Experience in fashion or product-based e-commerce is a plus
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma
• Practical website/backend experience, not only theoretical UI/UX knowledge
