Job description

All brands strategy, product development and innovation are led and driven by certain PVH affiliates in the US with respect to products under the Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger brands sold in NA, Asia and SA, and in the Netherlands with respect to Tommy Hilfiger Europe and Calvin Klein Europe products sold in the Asia region. This position helps the above-mentioned PVH related parties meet their operating and strategic needs. The role is responsible for development and bulk order execution for the brand and collaborates with different teams, assisting the Senior Merchandiser for day-to-day execution and operations in line with the brand's strategy to achieve KPIs. Specialised knowledge in Women's Underwear & Lingerie products is required.

Responsibilities

• Day to day merchandising activities on development and bulk
• Sample development and bulk delivery tracking
• Good communication with vendors, cross-functional teams, and regional teams
• Conduct preliminary cost analysis with vendors with knowledge of yield, consumptions, etc.
• System data entry and WIP management
• Sound knowledge of embellishments (embroidery, prints)
• Assist in follow-up on execution of bulk production including trims, fabrics, production schedule and delivery status

Requirements

• University degree with 3-4 years of related work experience, or post-secondary degree with minimum 3-5 years of related work experience in apparel
• Experience in a buying/trading office or manufacturing environment
• Strong product and bulk operations knowledge preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Industrial washing knowledge would be an additional advantage
