Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the assigned market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Promote Dalgakiran air compressors and related industrial equipment to potential clients.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in line with company objectives.
• Visit customers, understand their technical requirements, and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and commercial offers, and negotiate with customers.
• Coordinate with technical and service teams to ensure effective customer support.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitors to identify new business opportunities.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, orders, and payments to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, customer records, and pipeline updates.
• Develop new customer segments and expand the company's market presence across Bangladesh.
• Support customer satisfaction and long-term business growth through professional after-sales coordination.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
• 3 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Indenting, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Motor Workshop
• Age 22 to 40 years
• Only Male
