Manager, Enterprise Strategy

Mastercard's EEMEA Business Excellence team is hiring a Manager, Strategy in Dubai to play a key role in shaping and executing the company's strategic agenda across Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa. The role partners with business units, functional leaders and regional management to identify, assess and implement initiatives that strengthen Mastercard's competitive position.

You will lead workstreams end to end, from problem definition and analysis to solution design, senior alignment and execution, with broad exposure to senior leadership across 81 markets. The role reports to the Vice President, Strategy, EEMEA.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of EEMEA's strategic framework in line with Mastercard's global priorities
• Lead strategic projects focused on growth acceleration, innovation and operational excellence
• Structure complex, ambiguous challenges into clear hypotheses, actionable plans and measurable outcomes
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to produce insights and recommendations
• Develop executive-ready materials that communicate findings and influence decisions
• Partner with Product, Services, Market Development, Finance and regional business units to turn strategy into execution
• Build trusted relationships across EEMEA functions and markets
• Contribute to a high-performing team culture

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a leading academic institution; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred
• Experience in top-tier management consulting and/or corporate strategy roles
• Proven ability to deliver high-impact strategic projects with tangible business results
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including concise narratives for senior audiences
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, inclusive approach
• Self-starter with curiosity, initiative and resilience in a fast-paced environment
