Study First Info Ltd. is looking for a motivated and experienced Malaysia Student Counselor to join its team at the Farmgate Branch, Dhaka. The role counsels students interested in studying in Malaysia, guides them through the admission process from application to enrollment, and works with university representatives and the internal admission and visa-processing team. Responsibilities

• Counsel students interested in studying in Malaysia
• Provide accurate information about universities, courses, tuition fees, scholarships, and admission requirements
• Assess students' academic profiles and recommend suitable universities and programs
• Handle student inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, and in-person consultations
• Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into applications
• Guide students through the complete admission process from application to enrollment
• Coordinate with university representatives and the internal admission/visa-processing team
• Maintain proper student records and update the CRM regularly
• Achieve monthly admission and recruitment targets

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of experience as a student counselor, especially in Malaysia student recruitment
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian universities and admission procedures
• Good communication and counseling skills
• Ability to communicate professionally in English and Bangla
• Strong follow-up and student-conversion skills
• Experience handling student leads through WhatsApp, Facebook, and phone calls
• Target-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Computer literacy and basic knowledge of CRM/Google Workspace
• Preferred: experience with Malaysia university applications, scholarships, Foundation, Diploma, Bachelor's and Master's admissions
