Responsibilities
- Ensure all foods and products are prepared and served according to the preparation time
- Proactively communicate with kitchen vendors and riders to hand over food
- Ensure a sense of urgency from all kitchen team members
- Keep all equipment clean and in excellent working condition
- Maintain the appropriate cleaning schedule
- Identify and solve operational challenges to avoid discrepancies in operations between riders and vendors
- Check and follow up on the kitchen's utilities availability
- Communicate with the kitchen Ops coordinator, and consult them before solving any problems
