Saïd Business School is one of World’s leading business schools. Through our teaching, research and global engagement, we address complex challenges facing business and society and equip current and future leaders to create meaningful impact. Our growing portfolio of online programmes extends the reach of Oxford Saïd to learners around the world, supported by high-quality partnerships that enable us to deliver an exceptional and consistent learning experience at scale.
Shape high-performing global partnerships
We are looking for a Head of Channel Partner Operations and Governance to lead the operational set-up, governance and performance of our online programme channel partnerships.
You will take partnerships from contract through to live delivery, establishing effective operating models, launch-readiness requirements, governance arrangements, performance measures and clear escalation routes. You will oversee partnership performance across learner experience, quality, compliance and financial sustainability, ensuring delivery reflects Oxford Saïd’s standards and expectations.
Working collaboratively across the School and with external partners, you will identify risks, provide practical recommendations and continuously improve partnership models, tools and processes. This is an opportunity to shape scalable and efficient ways of working, strengthen strategic partnerships and support the continued growth of Oxford Saïd’s online portfolio while protecting the quality, reputation and learner experience at the heart of our programmes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of new channel partnerships, translating signed agreements into clear operational plans, assessing partner readiness and coordinating testing, documentation and launch activity.
- Manage operational performance, defining KPIs and service expectations, monitoring delivery, identifying risks and recommending corrective action to support quality, efficiency, scalability and financial sustainability.
- Develop and maintain effective governance frameworks, establishing reporting cycles, escalation routes, performance reviews and clear accountability across partner led programmes.
- Support commercial and operational alignment, assessing proposed partnership models, advising on delivery risks and resource requirements, and ensuring models are operationally viable and scalable.
- Work collaboratively across teams and external partners, coordinating activity, clarifying responsibilities, resolving delivery issues and ensuring learner experience and quality expectations are understood.
- Drive continuous improvement, developing onboarding tools, launch readiness processes, governance templates and performance frameworks, using data, feedback and lessons learned to strengthen partnership delivery.
