WE ARE HIRING: Graphic & & Video Animator

Employment Type: Full-Time (On-Site)

Salary: BDT 20,000 – 30,000 / month (Negotiable based on skills, portfolio, and experience)

About the Role

Are you skilled at visual storytelling and bringing simple ideas to life with dynamic motion graphics? Webcartisan is looking for a versatile Creative Motion & Graphic Designer who understands modern visual aesthetics, brand consistency, and digital content trends. In this role, you will bridge the gap between static design and high-converting video/motion content for multi-platform digital campaigns.

What You’ll Do

- SaaS & Product Motion Graphics: Design micro-animations, feature teaser videos, UI walkthrough animations, and motion graphics for SaaS tools, web applications, and browser plugins.

- Web & UI Graphic Design: Craft sleek web banners, blog headers, product landing page graphics, and user interface mockups that align with SaaS brand guidelines.

- Digital Marketing Assets: Produce high-converting social media posts, promotional ad creatives, and campaign banners for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

What We Are Looking For

- Portfolio: A portfolio/showreel showcasing strong execution in both motion graphics and static graphic composition.

- Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator (Knowledge of Figma or Canva is a strong plus).

- Design Fundamentals: Solid understanding of layout, composition, color theory, timing, sound mixing, and color grading.

- Mindset: Strong English communication skills, detail-oriented approach, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Evaluation Process & Selection Policy

1-Week Evaluation Period (Trial): Selected candidates will complete a 1-week hands-on trial in our Uttara office to demonstrate practical skills, execution speed, and fit.

- The 1-week trial is paid; daily Breakfast, snacks, and lunch/food are provided at the office.

Role Confirmation & Joining: Candidates who successfully showcase required capabilities will receive an official Joining Letter to begin their full probation period.

Probation Period: 3-month probation period (Expandable up to 5 months)

Note: 50%-80% of base salary applies during the initial probation period per company policy.

• Paid 1-week on-site trial, then a 3-month probation (50%-80% of base salary during probation)
