Graphic Designer & Instructor/Mentor

Job description

eShikhon is looking for a creative, skilled and passionate Graphic Designer & Instructor/Mentor. The role combines designing social media posts, banners, posters, brochures and advertisements in line with the brand identity with conducting online and offline graphic design classes as an instructor/mentor. Candidates from any educational background are welcome; NSDA Certification in Graphic Design (Level 3) is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Design social media posts, banners, posters, brochures, advertisements, and other promotional materials while maintaining company’s brand identity and visual tone.
• Stay updated with current design trends and create fresh, engaging, and relevant visual content.
• Create simple animations and motion graphics to make promotional and social media content more engaging.
• Conduct engaging online and offline Graphic Design classes as an Instructor/Mentor.
• Prepare practical assignments, projects, and learning materials.
• Evaluate student work and provide constructive feedback.
• Guide students in portfolio development and career preparation.
• Conduct workshops, seminars, and practical sessions when required.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Academic, and Management teams.

Requirements

• Candidates from any educational background are welcome to apply.
• NSDA Certification in Graphic Design – Level 3 is mandatory.
• Additional professional certifications in Graphic Design will be considered an advantage.
• Candidates with strong professional experience, and creative skills regardless of their academic background.
• Strong portfolio showcasing professional and creative design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience in creating social media and digital marketing creatives.
• Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Teaching, training, or mentoring experience will be an advantage.
• Experience: 2 to 3 years
