Graphic Designer

Job description

Tezerak is looking for enthusiastic, energetic creative minds to join its creative team as contractual Graphic Designers. The job is not full-time: it is contract-based work, and whenever you are assigned a work order you can complete it from home or work at Tezerak's office in Lane 3, Baridhara DOHS, Dhaka (the team works 6 days a week, 9 hours a day). Years of experience are not required; applicants are first evaluated through a standard evaluation exam on multiple illustration software, those who pass are called for a final interview, and contracts are then distributed among the selected designers based on performance. Payout is per contract with no cap, depending on how many contracts you can handle.

Responsibilities

• Create illustrations, logos and other designs using appropriate software
• Adapt quickly to new design techniques and work habits
• Work through design feedback patiently and revise designs accordingly
• Complete assigned contract work orders either from home or at Tezerak's office

Requirements

• Good skills in illustrations, logos and other designs using appropriate software
• Ability to adapt quickly to new techniques and work habits
• Quick thinking and problem-solving
• Good creative taste
• Patience to go through a lot of design feedback
• Beginners can apply; years of experience do not matter, but applicants must pass the standard evaluation exam on multiple illustration software and a final interview
