Full Stack AI Software Engineer

Job description

Marstark IT Service, a Netherlands-registered technology company, is looking for Full Stack AI Engineers who can turn an idea into working software, from system architecture to deployment. The role covers designing system architecture for new products from the ground up, building complete applications end to end (frontend, backend, database, deployment), and integrating AI and LLMs into real products across industries such as e-commerce, real estate, logistics, and SaaS. Hours: Full-time, 40+ hours per week. A relocation opportunity to the Netherlands is offered after 2 years of successful remote work.

Responsibilities

• Design system architecture for new products from the ground up
• Build complete applications end to end: frontend, backend, database, deployment
• Integrate AI and LLMs into real products (RAG, agents, automation)
• Train, fine-tune, and evaluate AI/LLM models for specific business use cases
• Design, build, and manage APIs and third-party integrations
• Develop software across industries such as e-commerce, real estate, logistics, and SaaS
• Turn business requirements into technical plans and working prototypes quickly
• Write clean, tested, well-documented code and take part in code reviews
• Manage cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, monitoring, and performance
• Own projects from first idea to production and ongoing improvement

Requirements

• Strong full stack experience (e.g. React/Next.js, Node.js, Python)
• Proven, hands-on AI implementation in production software
• Experience with LLM APIs, open-source models, vector databases, and fine-tuning
• Solid knowledge of system design, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and API management
• Ability to build complex software from scratch, fast, with minimal supervision, most likely in the e-commerce and real estate industries
• Good English communication and comfort working with a European team
• A portfolio or GitHub that shows what has actually been built
