Responsibilities

• Create innovative, trendy, and attractive clothing designs for local fashion brands.
• Research current fashion trends, customer preferences, and market demands.
• Develop design sketches, color combinations, and select appropriate fabrics and trims.
• Design new collections for seasonal launches and special occasions.
• Coordinate with merchandising, pattern-making, and production teams to ensure accurate execution of designs.
• Review samples and ensure proper fitting, finishing, and design quality.
• Develop creative concepts and mood boards for new collections.
• Ensure designs meet brand standards, customer expectations, and production requirements.
• Complete design projects within the specified deadlines.

Requirements

• Graduation from BIFT (BGMEA University of Fashion & Technology or the relevant BIFT institution) or Shanto-Mariam University of Creative Technology.
• At least 3 years
• Only Female
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends, garment design, fabric selection, and product development.
• Creative thinking, good communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the team.
• A strong interest in developing fashionable and commercially successful products for the local market.
